Terms of Service

Thank you for using MySquadStats ("MSS"). These Terms of Service ("Terms" or "ToS") govern your access to and use of MySquadStats's website and the communities that contribute player stats to MySquadStats. By accessing or using our website or interacting with our Discord Bot, you agree to these Terms, which constitues a binding legal agreement between you and MySquadStats. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use MySquadStats.

Communities Providing Stats:

Stats must only originate from OWI Licensed Squad Servers. If a Community is found to be providing stats from an unlicensed server, the Community's Stats will be wiped from our Database. The involved Community may also be removed from our system entirely.

Communities that contribute player stats to MySquadStats are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the data they provide. Any instances of intentionally falsified data may result in the removal of the involved Community's ability to send stats. The involved Community's Stats will be wiped from our Database.

It is important to keep your Access Token secure. If you suspect that your Access Token has been compromised, please notify MySquadStats immediately so appropriate action can be taken. The Server Owner may use /regenerateMyToken [server-id] in our Discord to get a fresh Token. (Use /getMyTokens to view Server IDs if you forgot/lost the original Welcome Package.)

Discord Bot:

MySquadStats provides a Discord Bot that can be used to view Player Stats within Discord. By interacting with the Bot, you agree to comply with these terms as well as any applicable laws and regulations. MySquadStats may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. The Bot should only be used by Discord Users who are at least 13 years of age in accordance with Discord's ToS. If you are under 13, please do not use the Bot.

MySquadStats reserves the right to terminate your access to the Bot or an entire Discord Guild's access at any time without notice for any reason.

Ownership:

MySquadStats is owned, created, and developed by psg_ignis. The Website, Bot, and associated code, graphics, and other intellectual property are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may use any images or other data provided by MySquadStats in other projects, but should not be resold or profited from in any way, and should be credited to MySquadStats.

Liability:

MySquadStats is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. MySquadStats and it's owner are not responsible for any damages or losses related to your use of the Website or Discord Bot. MySquadStats is not responsible for any damages or losses related to the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of the data provided by the Communities that contribute Player Stats to MySquadStats.

MySquadStats and it's owner are not responsible for any content posted on the Website or Discord Bot by users. MySquadStats reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. This includes content such as Player Steam Profile Pictures, Player Steam Names, Community Names, or Community Logos.

User Conduct:

By using MySquadStats, you agree to behave in a respectful and responsible manner. You may not use MySquadStats to harass, intimidate, or threaten others. You may not use MySquadStats to distribute spam, viruses, or other harmful content. You may not use MySquadStats to violate any laws or regulations.

Modifications:

MySquadStats reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will post the revised Terms on the Website. Your continued use of MySquadStats after the revised Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination:

MySquadStats reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website or Discord Bot at any time without notice for any reason.

MySquadStats also reserves the right to terminate the entire Project at any time without notice for any reason. In case of Project Termination by the current Owner, a new Owner may be appointed from the Community to continue the Project, taking over the Website, Bot, Database, and associated code, graphics, and other intellectual property.

License:

Unless otherwise stated, MySquadStats and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights to the materials on the website. All rights are reserved. You may access and use the materials on MySquadStats for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions set forth in these Terms.

MySquadStats is not officially affiliated with Squad, Offworld Industries, or any of their partners. Squad and Squad's logos are trademarks of Offworld Industries. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
